Verizon Connect Scenarios UI
The Verizon Connect Scenarios UI allows users to harness the power of the RouteCloud API without code. All operations (evaluating, building, sequencing, and inserting) are performed via the RouteCloud API, so anything that can be done via the UI can also be done via the API. The UI is highly scalable. It uses GPU acceleration so can fluidly display over 10 thousand jobs or over 500 routes even with a mid-range GPU. Combined with the power of RouteCloud, its scalability makes it perfect for high-level or long-term planning.
To access Verizon Connect Scenarios, log in to http://www.telogis.com and find the Scenarios link in the navigation pane. If the link is not available, contact your Verizon Connect account manager.
File Format
The UI file format is the same as the RouteCloud API, so is a useful tool for developers to interactively view, edit, and debug RouteCloud API data. Any JSON problem file can be opened in the UI without changes.
Sandboxes
Any sandboxes stored in the RouteCloud API can be accessed and edited by the UI. It is possible for the API to edit sandboxes while the UI is open, as the UI will incrementally apply any revisions that are added to the sandbox.
System Requirements
For optimal performance and results when using Verizon Connect Scenarios, we recommend a minimum system configuration of:
- CPU: Intel i5 or equivalent.
- RAM: 8GB.
- Screen resolution: 1366 x 768 pixels.
- Connection Speed: DSL or Cable or better.
- Operating System: Windows 7 or later.
- Browser:
- Chrome - Current or previous release.
- Firefox - Current or previous release.
- Safari - Current or previous release.
- Edge - Current or previous release.
- GPU: Intel HD Graphics 515 or better.
As the UI uses GPU acceleration, it can handle larger datasets when used on a machine with a more powerful GPU.
